Rotary Leadership Institute
Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a multi-district leadership development program for Rotarians. It seeks to provide education in Rotary knowledge and leadership skills to Rotarians who are interested; it is not required nor an official training program of Rotary International. Clayton Rotary Club members interested in developing their Rotary participation or pursuing Club Leadership are encouraged to sign up for RLI. All members can benefit from RLI training. It is an excellent opportunity to learn more about Rotary, meet other Rotarians from different Clubs and Districts, and learn how they do things at their Clubs.
The program is divided into three sessions; you must take them in order before the next session. In-person sessions are a full day with breakfast and lunch provided. Some sessions have virtual offerings, taught over two shorter sessions on the weekend.

Registration is open for RLI I, II, or III in Clayton on Saturday, January 13. We encourage your interest in attending this event to learn more about Rotary, spend the day brainstorming with other Club members, and build relationships beyond the Club level with other Rotarians.

Club Rotarians, the overriding goal of these three courses is to create ENTHUSIASM for Rotary by opening up to you the world of Rotary outside of your Club and showing you the great potential of Rotary service.

Courses start with Rotary Basics & History and cover the scope of Leadership, Ethics & Vocation, Service & Foundation, Communication, and Membership. You will be able to interact with like-minded Rotarians and grow friendships and knowledge beyond the Club level.
